Our Business Principles

TCI's Leadership Begins With Integrity -
in Pipelines and in Business

  • We value the dignity of all those in industry and government who work together to provide products and services that meet society's needs.
  • We respect the right for all life - both now and in future generations - to live in a clean environment with abundant resources and a stable climate.
  • We acknowledge our location within the traditional territory of Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, and Ojibway/Saulteaux/Anishinaabe nations. These lands are now known as part of Treaties 6, 7, and 8 and the homeland of the Métis. We desire to learn from them and partner with them wherever possible to protect the land that we now share.
  • We appreciate the role that all of our stakeholders – customers, employees, shareholders, business partners, regulators, and community members – play in TCI’s success. We listen for their input, honor their contributions, and honestly strive to incorporate their needs into all that we do as a company.
  • We put truthfulness, accountability, and safety first in all our relationships, agreements, and products. TCI can be counted on to do what is right and to deliver what is promised.
