Pipeline Integrity Site Foreman/Field Supervisor (Based in Nisku, AB)

Total Containment Inc. is preparing for the next stage of field deployment of our Envirolock® Technologies, and we are looking to add a highly experienced field leader to support our crews on pipeline integrity projects.

This is not an entry-level supervisory role.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in pipeline integrity digs, preferably with a deep understanding of excavation, coating removal, pipe inspection support, anomaly repair, site restoration, and the day-to-day realities of working around live pipeline assets.

The right person will be responsible for leading TCI field crews safely and professionally while acting as a key liaison between TCI, the client, inspectors, contractors, regulators, and other site stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Supervising field crews during pipeline integrity work
• Coordinating daily site activities with the client & contractors
• Leading or participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, tailgate meetings, and daily planning sessions
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements
• Supporting documentation, reports, QA/QC records, field observations, and client sign-offs
• Communicating clearly with engineering, management, client representatives, and field personnel
• Maintains a strong safety culture on every site
• Supporting schedule, logistics, materials, equipment readiness, and crew coordination
• Bringing real-world pipeline integrity experience to a growing technology company working to change how integrity challenges are addressed in the field.

The ideal candidate has been around enough integrity digs to know what good looks like, what can go wrong, and how to keep people, equipment, clients, and schedules aligned and safe (#1 priority).

We are looking for someone who is safety-focused, calm under pressure, respected in the field, organized, capable of representing TCI professionally in front of major pipeline operators and regulators.

Experience with live line work, pipeline coating systems, composite repairs, excavation safety, client-facing reporting, and pipeline integrity practices would be considered a strong asset.

This role will be based around field projects, demonstrations, pilot installations, and commercial deployments as TCI brings our Envirolock® Pipeline Reinforcement, Containment, and Crack Arrestor technologies into the market.

This is a key role for us, and we are looking for the right person, not just a resume to help bring this technology where it belongs, in the ground.
